Shut Up & Dance

Shut Up & Dance is a hilarious happy accident that occurred when I moved to New Zealand for love.

Together with my amazing friends (now colleagues!) Abby and Lesa, we have nine classes in Wellington, and are operating in Auckland with plans to take over the world!  I am the Creative Director and in charge of managing our classes as well as our EPIC instructors throughout New Zealand.

We teach routines inspired by films and music videos. Yes it's as fun as it sounds.

We don't allow photos or videos in our classes.  We have no mirrors and close the doors. Our focus is on feeling good, not looking good.  Our website is here
